Please read this information familiarise your self with the conduct of the lodge

GENERAL

– Check In is 5.00 pm and Check Out time is 4.00 pm on both arrival and departure. Temporary Storage may be made available outside of these times with pre-arrangement with the lodge manager

– All members and guests are responsible for cleaning their own room on departure. Cleaning equipment is supplied in all rooms. On the back of each room door is a list of public lodge areas that you are responsible for keeping tidy and cleaned  during your stay

– You will need to bring sheets, pillowcases, tioletries  and all food and drinks. Please refer to the Club Info Page  for further details on our facilities

BOOKING ENTITLEMENTS

– All bookings are subject to member approval

– While best efforts are made, when the lodge is heavily booked, people may be requred to share the room with members of another party unless they pay for the sole use of the room. Children under the age of 18 will not be shared with other guests

– Large groups of more than 20 people may, on approval of the Executive Committee, be offered a rebate of accommodation for period other than weekends

CHILDREN IN THE LODGE

– Parents and guardians will be held responsible for their children whilst in occupancy in the lodge, and must be supervised at all times.

– All children, and their ages, must be clearly stated on the booking form.

– All children using a bed must pay the full rate

– Children are expected to treat the lodge like their own home

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations will incur the following fees:

– If 28 days notice is given, 10% tariff charged

– If between 14 & 27 days notice is given, 50% tarrif charged

– If less than 14 days notice is given, no refund

Note: 48 hrs prior to the commencement of your booking, if less than 3 lifts are operating due to the lack of snow and you decide to cancel, you will be entitled to a 90% refund, provided at least 24 hrs notice of cancellation is given
